What to include

| A technical correction to a page | The page URL, the specific sentence, and what it should say. If it turns on a standard, the clause number. We will name the correction on the page if you want the credit, or not if you do not. |
| A specification question | Room or application, mounting height, the illuminance and glare targets you have been given, and what you have already been quoted. Without those we can only restate what is already on the site. |
| A product or supply enquiry | Quantity, target market and its certification requirement (CE, UKCA, FCC, CCC), and the control interface you need. Say whether you need photometric files for the fitting, because that changes lead time. |
| Privacy, data or advertising on this site | Which page, and what you want done. See the privacy policy for what is collected and by whom. |
What we cannot help with
- Design sign-off for a specific building. We are not a design practice and carry no professional indemnity for design advice. Anything involving emergency egress, fire strategy or electrical safety needs a qualified engineer engaged on your project.
- Diagnosing another manufacturer's product remotely. If a fitting is failing, its supplier holds the data — driver spec, thermal design, production batch — that a diagnosis actually depends on.
- Live electrical work instructions. Mains work is for a qualified electrician working to the wiring regulations of your jurisdiction.
Response time
Usually two to three working days. Hong Kong public holidays add to that. If a message goes unanswered for more than a week, it is worth resending — a small number of enquiries get lost to spam filtering in both directions.
